Hi, I'm Tiffani.

Bridging the gap.
I'm a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and health sciences student. I created TRI to make strength, mobility, nutrition, and health education more accessible and individualized, especially for people who haven't always felt supported in traditional fitness and wellness spaces.

WHY I CREATED TRI
Knowing what to do and knowing how to begin are two different things.
For many people, being told what they should do for their health is the easy part. Exercise more. Eat differently. Get stronger. Reduce stress. The harder part is figuring out how to do those things when pain, fatigue, chronic illness, mobility limitations, or difficult experiences with fitness are already part of your life.
I created TRI because I saw how often people were left in that gap—encouraged to exercise, improve their nutrition, or make lifestyle changes, but without the individualized support to understand what those changes could realistically look like in their own lives.
TRI was built to help bridge that space through movement, strength, nutrition, education, and support that starts with the person—not an arbitrary fitness standard.
THE FOUNDATION OF TRI
Trust → Reclaim → Inspire
TRUST
A safe place to begin.
Your experiences, boundaries, goals, and current abilities help shape the plan.
RECLAIM
Build confidence in your own capacity.
Through education, movement, nutrition, and realistic progression, you develop skills you can use in everyday life.
INSPIRE
Create progress that belongs to you.
Build the knowledge, confidence, and sustainable habits to keep moving forward.

MY APPROACH
REAL SUPPORT FOR REAL LIFE
TRI is designed for people who may not feel comfortable or supported in traditional fitness and wellness spaces. That can include people navigating chronic health concerns, pain, mobility limitations, changing abilities, or simply trying to find a more sustainable way to care for themselves.
My approach is trauma-informed, individualized, and education-focused. We start with your current abilities, goals, experiences, and real-life responsibilities—then build from there.
What that can look like:
- Mobility and assisted stretching
- Corrective and functional strength training
- Individualized nutrition coaching
- Practical health education
- Sustainable, realistic progression
- Consent-based coaching and communication
BEYOND THE COACHING
A Little More About Me
I believe wellness should support the life you want to live—not become your entire life. Outside of TRI, I value movement, time outdoors, continued learning, and the experiences that remind me why building strength and taking care of ourselves matter in the first place.

Movement
Strength is about what it allows us to do.

Adventure
There is more to wellness than what happens inside a gym.

Always Learning
Education continues to shape how I coach, communicate, and support others.
THE MISSION
Bridging the gap between illness and wellness
TRI Fitness and Nutrition exists to make movement, strength, nutrition, and health education more accessible to people who haven't always felt supported by traditional fitness and wellness spaces.
My goal is to provide individualized, evidence-based support that helps people better understand their bodies, build confidence in their abilities, and develop skills they can carry into everyday life.
You Don't Have to Do This Alone.
You don't need to know exactly what kind of support you need before reaching out. The free Get Started call is a chance to talk about where you are, what you're working toward, and what your next step could look like—whether that's with TRI or another resource in the community.
